2 free-range eggs
1 slice of bread (toasted)
Salt and Pepper
Step 1: Add 2 cups of water to a utensil, cover, and bring to a boil over high heat.
Step 2: Once the water boils, add the eggs and cover with a lid.
Step 3: Let it continue to boil for exactly six minutes.
Step 4: After six minutes, remove the eggs from the utensil and run them under cool water.
Step 5: Peel, cut into two and place them on toasted bread.
Step 6: Sprinkle salt and pepper and Enjoy!
