Scrambled Eggs on Toast

Creamy scrambled eggs served on warm, buttered toast for a simple and satisfying breakfast.

Ingredients :
2 Free Range eggs
1 tbsp butter or oil
Salt and pepper
2 slices of bread (toasted)

Step 1 : Crack the eggs, salt and pepper into a bowl and beat them until well combined.
Step 2: Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium-low heat.
Step 3: Pour in the beaten eggs and stir continuously until they are just set but still creamy.
Step 4: Serve the creamy scrambled eggs on toasted bread slices.
