

Soft Boiled Eggs on Toast
Perfect soft boiled eggs with firm whites and liquid gold centres

Ingredients :
- 2 Free Range Eggs
- 1 slice of bread (toasted)
- Salt and Pepper
Directions :
- Step 1: Add 2 cups of water to a utensil, cover, and bring to a boil over high heat.
- Step 2: Once the water boils, add the eggs and cover with a lid.
- Step 3: Let it continue to boil for exactly six minutes.
- Step 4: After six minutes, remove the eggs from the utensil and run them under cool water.
- Step 5: Peel, cut into two and place them on toasted bread.
- Step 6: Sprinkle salt and pepper, and enjoy!
