Ingredients:
- 1 Free Range Egg
- 2-3 strips of bacon
- 2 chicken sausages
- Handful of broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and Pepper (As per taste)
Directions:
- Step 1: In a pan, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
- Step 2 :Crack open an egg and fry until the egg white is set. Once done, set aside.

Step 3: Now, add the remaining butter to the same pan and toss fry the bacon and sausages for about 2-3 minutes or until cooked. Once done, set aside.
- Step 4: Add the broccoli florets and season it with salt and pepper. Continue to toss and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
- Step 5: Carefully, transfer the egg, the bacon, sausages and broccoli florets on a serving plate and enjoy!
