English Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 1 Free Range Egg
  • 2-3 strips of bacon
  • 2 chicken sausages
  • Handful of broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and Pepper (As per taste) 

Directions: 

  • Step 1: In a pan, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
  • Step 2 :Crack open an egg and fry until the egg white is set. Once done, set aside. 
  • Step 3: Now, add the remaining butter to the same pan and toss fry the bacon and sausages for about 2-3 minutes or until cooked. Once done, set aside.
  • Step 4: Add the broccoli florets and season it with salt and pepper. Continue to toss and cook for about 2-3 minutes. 
  • Step 5: Carefully, transfer the egg, the bacon, sausages and broccoli florets on a serving plate and enjoy!
