Mixed Herbs Omelette
Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
2 Free Range eggs
1 tbsp mixed herbs
2 tbsp butter
Handful of mushrooms
Handful of cherry tomatoes
Salt and Pepper (As per taste)
Directions:
Step 1: Whisk eggs with herbs, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Melt 1 tbsp butter in a pan.
Step 3: Pour in the herbed eggs, cook until nearly set.
Step 4: Slide onto a plate.
Step 5: In the same pan, cook mushrooms and cherry tomatoes in the remaining butter. Add to the omelette.
